The Order defines a range of dangerous goods for which it is necessary to issue special licences (permissions).

We transport goods of all hazard classes, except 1 and 7. All our drivers were trained in the TCC ASMAP and have ADR certificates of a standard pattern. Drivers’ training by the program of transportation of dangerous goods is provided by Order 92 of Transport Ministry of 6 December 1994 and is one of the essential conditions, imposed by the competent authorities, primarily by the Office of the State Road Supervision and the State Inspection of road traffic safety.
Depending on the technology of shipments of hazardous cargo attention should be paid to the following shipping (forwarding) documents:
1. certificate of drivers admission to transportation of dangerous goods;
2. certificate of admission of vehicles to transportation of dangerous goods (for 1 and 7 hazard class);
3. material safety data sheet;
4. emergency card;
5. rout list;
6. written instructions for the driver;
7. special licence (permission) for transportation of highly dangerous goods.

Requirements for vehicles carrying dangerous goods
In paragraph 3.2.2 of Regulations of transportation of dangerous goods by over-the-road truck transport is indicated that the trucking organization (hauler) when transporting dangerous goods must produce further equipping and tooling of vehicles in accordance with the requirements of these Regulations, as well as organize specialized training and instruction of drivers, engaged in work with dangerous goods, and provide them with personal protective equipment. The last is subdivided into: means of respiratory protection, eye protection and skin protection (overgarment).
Means of respiratory protection include respirators and masks.
Personal means of eye protection include eye shields and goggles (enclosed) for protection against particulates. They should have rubber mounts and fit tight to the face. Glasses should not have cracks and other damages and must be transparent.
Means of skin and body protection include: overalls (working clothes), safety shoes, gloves, sleeves, helmets.
Head of the company is obliged to provide workers with high-quality special clothes, special footwear and other means of personal protection in accordance with applicable law, their timely laundry (dry cleaning) and repair, and also with washing away and neutralizing means.
